Research and document health violations, as well as administrative and legal recourse available for redress.
Operate a resource center on the right to health, health laws, policies and ethics, with emphasis on HIV/AIDS.
Analyze existing health policies, monitor their implementation and make recommendations.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Conducted a research project on human rights violations experienced by PLWHA as well as attitudes of members of the public towards them. The report was later published and widely circulated. It is also available in our resource and documentation center.
Compiled a summary of HIV/AIDS related cases that had been heard in courts across the globe.
Publishes the CRH-TOUCH magazine, a quarterly newsmagazine that advocates the right to health in Nigeria, especially of vulnerable people such as People Living with HIV/AIDS, women And Children.
CRH runs a resource center on HIV/AIDS issues, including human rights, health policies, ethics and law. It is well consulted by activists, PLWHA and researchers. The resource center hosts about 10 users per week.
